TAC Analyst™

The system automatically generates a narrative credit analysis based on the numerical data input. The report covers all key analytical areas including Operating Performance, Financial Condition, UCA Cash Flow Analysis and also optional Industry Comparison highlights.

TAC Inquiry™

A companion report to the TAC Analyst™, this report identifies the areas that require further clarification or explanation.  The user has the option of answering the questions directly in the system.

TAC Analyst™ (with Inquiry Responses)

Automatically integrates the TAC Inquiry™ User Responses into the appropriate areas of the TAC Analyst™, producing a fully comprehensive analysis to be used in the Credit Approval Process.  This report incorporates the reasons for the changes in financial condition (as supplied by the user) into the automated analysis.

Classified Loan Early Warning System – CLEWS™

This Financial Red Flags Report isolates the various indicators from the balance sheet and income statement which may be signals that the commercial loan is heading for problem status.  Items and trends such as margin decline, quality of earnings, liquidity, cash flow coverage, leverage, etc. are examined in producing this report.
