Key ratios such as the DSCR; LTV; Vacancy Rate, etc. are calculated and included with a report that allows the user to test different cap rates. The user can also stress test individual properties, groups of properties and rent rolls by the key cash flow drivers. The result shows the stressed cash flow and the stressed DSCR.
